Visit Your Reps Outside of SCPA Fly-Ins

Just a reminder…Visiting our Representatives and Senators is not a once a year event to just happen at our Annual Fly-in to D.C.  Throughout your districts and throughout the year, you might have the opportunity to visit with your Congressmen, in our 16 SCPA states, at various ag related events.  Please take those opportunities to make a connection and spread the word on our current agricultural and industry issues.

Rick Turnage reports, “We missed him last week in his D.C. office but I did get a chance to visit with Rep. David Kustoff today in Brownsville, TN during his ag related tour of his district.  I got to reinforce SCPA’s stance on the issues; took advantage of a good opportunity.  He was very much in favor of our views I’m happy to report…..”
