GUEST POLICY
No person may attend the SCPA convention without being registered.
Attendance by non-members is
discouraged. If you are a guest, please indicate on the SCPA form that you are a
guest and of whom. All guests
must be sponsored by an Association Member. Normally guest status is accorded
only to prospective members
or close business associates or family of the sponsor. Repetitive attendance at
successive conventions without
becoming a member is discouraged. SCPA reserves the right to deny registration
to violators. Companies also
are requested not to invite non-registered persons or non-members to functions
or sales meetings held at the hotel
during the convention. Companies are expected to pay appropriate registration or
guest fees for such persons if they
desire to have them take advantage of our convention.
