GENERAL
All hotel reservations for the period of the convention must be made through SCPA using the application
form provided. The cut-off date for the entire SCPA room block is October 22. SCPA cannot assure room
availability for registration received after that date. Your registration must be received by SCPA no later
than October 22 to assure room availability. 

DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL FOR RESERVATIONS OR SEND CHECKS AND FORMS TO THE HOTEL.
SEND ALL TO SCPA. You must complete and send in one set of forms per employee attending. Spouses of
registrants are included on the one registration form - there is no registration fee for a spouse. Company or individual
checks are acceptable. In the event of double occupancy, please indicate on the registration form with whom the room
is to be shared. Priority for rooms will be assigned according to date payment is received by SCPA. Room assignments
and confirmation will be made by the hotel.

RATES - DEPOSITS - PAYMENTS
The room rate is $159 per night, plus taxes, plus whatever package meal plan is included for the day. Items
included in the Meal Package Plan are shown below. Please note what is included in the plan.
These charges will be included in your final bill from the hotel! Your hotel deposit will be credited to guarantee
your room for the day of arrival. You will be billed by the hotel for early check out and be responsible for meal
plan. Room cancellation within less than 7 days of planned arrival may cause forfeiture of deposit. Remember
you are signing up for a package which is expected to include three days. Since our convention rate is based
on certain meals being taken as a group, refunds cannot be made for meals taken at other places.
The deposit of the first night's room rate for the hotel per person ($159) is an arbitrary amount set by the hotel which
will be credited against your overall bill.

Package meal plan for Monday banquet & Tuesday breakfast $123 single, $264 double
Package meal plan for Tuesday reception $47 single, $94 double

CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS
Notice received by SCPA prior to October 26 is required to obtain refund for cancellation of SCPA registration
fee. Your hotel deposit will be credited to guarantee your room for the day of arrival. Room cancellation within
less than 7 days of planned arrival may cause forfeiture of deposit.
