John Dillard: Policy and Law in Play in 2018

The coming months will be an important time for ag policy and law—but probably more so in terms of activity from the executive branch, state governments and litigation. With the exception of the farm bill, it’s unlikely Congress will pass much legislation of consequence to the ag community.
