D.C. Circuit to Hear Case on Pesticide Danger to Species

Court will hold oral arguments on March 6 on whether the EPA violated the Endangered Species Act in approving a pesticide.  The eventual decision will set the stage for a suite of similar pesticide challenges and answer pivotal legal venue questions.
