EPA, Advocates Ask District Court To Decide Pesticide Suit

EPA and environmentalists are asking a federal district court to quickly decide advocates’ suit challenging EPA’s exemption of neonicotinoid treated seeds from pesticide law, with environmentalists filing a motion for summary judgment calling the failure to regulate unlawful while EPA says the decision echoes past interpretations.
