The Florida Senate Appropriations Committee on Wednesday amended SB 10 and sent it to the full Senate for a floor vote on April 13. SB 10 is Sen. Joe Negron’s bill proposing to build a reservoir south of Lake Okeechobee in the Everglades Agricultural Area.
